You book a length, not a technique. Every modality costs the same at the same duration.

Which length
- 30 minutes — one area. Neck and shoulders, or a pair of calves. Good on a bad week, not a full reset.
- 50 minutes — one region done properly, or most of the body at relaxation pressure. The default for a repeat visit.
- 90 minutes — two regions, or one region plus the hips. Required for a first neuromuscular visit, because assessment and treatment do not both fit in fifty.
Booking, payment and cancellation
- Card, cash, or tap. Payment at the end of the session.
- Please give 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. With only two clinic days a week, a late cancellation usually means the slot goes unused.
- If you are running late, text and Li will do what she can. Sessions end at the booked time so the next appointment is not pushed.
